About the Creator

I’m Majed, an engineer from the UAE who’s always been the guy taking things apart just to build them better. Now, I’m channeling that into creating products that make life easier.

Growing up, I was drawn to how things work, and that curiosity grew into a career centered around engineering, design, and efficiency.

As someone who loves Oud and Bakhoor, I’ve always felt that the traditional burning process is slow, messy, and sometimes even unsafe.

I started thinking: why hasn’t anyone created a cleaner, faster way to enjoy Bakhoor?

That question turned into sketches, prototypes, and eventually OUDLAB

This product isn't the final version yet, but it's close. We're improving it with every batch, and your feedback as an early user is part of the process.

When will I receive my order?

Estimated shipping date is 28 February 2026. You’ll receive email updates throughout the process, including tracking details once your order has shipped.

Do you offer refunds or replacements?

Because each unit is made to order, we’re unable to offer refunds once a pre-order is placed. However, your satisfaction matters to us, if your device has any functional issues within 30 days of delivery, we’ll be happy to replace it under our warranty policy.

Can I use my own Oud with this device?

Yes, you can. Just make sure the amount is suitable for the E-Coal chamber size to ensure safe and effective performance.

What is the E-Coal and how does it work?

The E-Coal is an innovative heating element for Oud. It’s made of ceramic and stainless steel, with an embedded heating coil inside the ceramic body. This ensures even and consistent heating, helping preserve the true scent of your oud without burning it.

The E-Coal is threaded, removable, and replaceable, making it easy to clean and maintain.
