Thank you for pre-ordering with OUDLAB. We’re committed to delivering your product safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Shipping Timeline

• Each pre-order batch follows a specific production and shipping schedule announced on the main page.

• Production begins immediately after the pre-order window closes.
  

2. Shipping Rates

• Within the UAE: AED 30

• Other GCC Countries: Starts from AED 50 (depending on quantity)
  Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable. Customs duties, taxes, and clearance charges are not included.

3. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted courier services to ensure reliable and timely delivery. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and local customs processing.

4. International Duties & Taxes

For orders outside the UAE, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

5. Delivery Issues

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@oudlab.com within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
